The owner/operator was very friendly and attentive, making our stay special. The location, although outside the city center, was easily walkable and in a quiet villa neighborhood. The breakfast buffet was excellent and had a good variety of options. The property had a nice pool, although we didn't have time to use it.

Everything is what I need and want.

This hotel is located in the most beautiful area, under the slope of the roof, providing a charming and peaceful atmosphere. The rooms on the top floor offer a great balcony for sitting out, with a nice balcony view. The attention to detail and service from the staff is commendable, making guests feel at home. The breakfast served is comprehensive and of high quality, ensuring a satisfying start to the day.

The only minor issue was the size of the bathroom, which could be improved.

During my weekend stay, I found the country-style décor and spacious rooms charming. the breakfast offerings were delicious, with a variety of options to choose from. Another aspect that I appreciated was the convenient on-site parking and the peaceful location, which were ideal for a relaxing getaway.

The lack of air conditioning in the rooms made it a bit uncomfortable during hot weather. the location was slightly difficult to find and a bit away from the main city center.

One small downside was the size of the bathroom in the room which could be a bit tight for some guests. without the use of GPS or a map, finding the hotel could be difficult due to its location in a somewhat hidden area.

Secondly, the rooms were comfortable and clean, with a nice balcony view that added a touch of charm. Lastly, the breakfast spread was absolutely delicious, offering a wide variety of options to satisfy every palate.

No complaints, everything was perfect!

The staff at this hotel were by far the friendliest and most helpful I have encountered in Italy. They went above and beyond to make sure I had everything I needed, always offering to make me a coffee or eggs at breakfast. The location of the hotel was ideal, being close to the center and the thermal baths, with a bus stop nearby. I particularly enjoyed sitting out on the large balcony of my room, taking in the view of the beautiful surroundings.

All was great, no complaints whatsoever.

The hotel could benefit from updating some of its facilities.
